Customers must register their LaserCap device after purchase to be eligible for warranty service. To register your device and for information on warranties, please contact us using our contact form.

LaserCap’s Lifetime Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship from the purchase date with proof. If a device is found defective within five years, LaserCap will repair or replace it free of charge. After five years, repairs are charged based on scope, or replacement is available for 25% of current MSRP plus shipping. LaserCap decides whether to repair or replace defective devices.

Defective LaserCap powerpacks or chargers are replaced free within one year of purchase; after one year, users must buy replacements. Other accessories are not covered and must be purchased separately. Replacement parts or accessories may be purchased online at Replacement Parts & Accessories.

Note that failure to use and care for the LaserCap as instructed will void the product warranty.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee: Patients can return the laser hair cap for a 100% refund within 30 days and for a 50% refund within the first year after purchase if they are not satisfied with the outcomes after speaking to one of our experts.
