Order Processing

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. You can expect to receive an email within 5-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping Costs

Orders are generally shipped within 7 business day of receipt of order using a courier service. The cost of expedited shipping to Canada is included in your purchase price. No additional fees are added for duties and taxes within Canada. Locations outside of Canada may incur additional costs, so please reach out to customer service at support@medicalhairrevival.com to answer any questions.

Shipping Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order is shipped form our warehouse facility. Expected delivery will take place approximately 2-7 business days from this date. Additional details may be obtained through the courier website.

Damaged Item

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@medicalhairrevival.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
